5 Days – Amboseli Amazing Tsavo East and West Safari

On your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will meet our Umoja Motherland tours safari driver-guide who will brief you about your safari, then drive to Amboseli National Park famous for its spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Arrive in time for lunch at your hotel and afternoon game drive in the park. Optional visit to a Masai cultural village at US $25 (price guaranteed only with advanced booking).

The hotel is found in an acacia grove by a long a spring fed by Mountain Kilimanjaro's snow caped peaks. The hotel's spirit and decor is inspired by the nomadic way of life of the Masai tribe living in the neighborhood of Amboseli National Park.
In the 1980's Amboseli faced desertification, a disaster that was starting to shrink its swamp areas. This inspired Serena to plant over 1.2 million trees, a herculean effort that has born rich fruits, allowing acacia woodlands to regenerate and thereby provide habitats for birds and monkeys.

Amboseli's forest cover makes Sopa lodge, which sits on 200 acres of land, a cool oasis in an otherwise hot environment. It has 40 rooms with 2 queen size beds. All its rooms overlook beautiful settings with vervet monkeys everywhere. They are beautifully linked with nature's sights and sounds. The lodge is complete with a big swimming pool where you can swim lots of laps.

This homely Lodge prides in having a three-tier architectural design. It has astounding scenery and clear view of Mt Kilimanjaro and it's huge herds of elephants. The location of it's tents in the park will provide you with a strong connection with nature.

After breakfast drive to Tsavo East National Park famous for Man Easters lions that attacked and almost brought to a halt the construction of Kenya-Uganda Railway. It is also home to Lugards falls, Yatta Plateau, Large herds of elephants Rhinos, Hirola (Hunters Hartebeest) and other wildlife.

Option 1. Luxury: Satao
If you love the thought of the thought that wild animals are separated from you by a fraction of an inch of canvas, you won't regret staying at Satao. It is located under a small forest of Acacia Robusta. In rainy seasons, it is lush and green. This abundance of food attracts countless herds of buffalos, elephants, plus a spectacle of bird life. Its 20 tents are well spaced to offer guests privacy. Their bathrooms have a free standing tub next to large windows. This allows one to view wild game even while taking a shower.
If you wish to recharge your gadgets, each tent is well appointed and with functioning sockets.

Option 2:-Mid/Standard 4Star Hotel: Ashnil Aruba Lodge
The lodge comprises 46 deluxe ensuite guest rooms and 6 semi detached cottages which are built out of stones. Aruba sits on the northern bank of the Voi River overlooking the famous Aruba Dam where a conference of animals is seen all year.

After breakfast drive to Tsavo West National Park. The Park has over 60 species of mammals and over 400 birds species. The Park is famous of its dramatic sceneries, Mzima Springs & underwater hippo watching, Rhino Sanctuary, and its “red elephants”. Spend a full day in this park, lunch at your hotel and enjoy afternoon game drive in the Game Reserve.

Option 1:-Luxury 5Star Hotel: Voyager Ziwani Camp
This luxurious lodge presents itself impressively and shows evidence of great standards of upkeep. It lies on the edge of a small dam on Sante River, right next to one of the gates of the park. Check in is a swift affair, partly because all the information provided at booking is reflected on the registration form. It has a large and very complete main building.
Each room has a walk in wardrobe, a secluded terrace and a large bathroom that is more relaxing than that of so many five star city hotels. At night you will hear hippos mowing grass along the river.

Option 2:-Budget 3Star Hotel: Rhino Valley Lodge
This lodge is fairly lard, with 6 standard rooms, 10 luxury rock rooms and a campsite, but the layout and design of the accommodation units together with restaurant spaces, make the place even at full house-never seem like a busy property that is crowded with tourists.
On arrival, you will be welcomed with cold scented towels to cool off your face and wipe down sweat and dust.
