4 Days Murchison falls and Budongo chimp trekking

After morning breakfast, you will drive from Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park, passing by Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for bush walk.

Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary was established in 2005 as a private, non-profit, animal sanctuary. It strives to re-populate rhinos ahead of their re-introduction into the national parks. At present, ziwa has a crash of over 20 rhinos, over 10 of which were born here. To observe one of the families here, you will pursue a hike over completely flat terrain in the company of a ranger.

Boat trip to Nile delta.

The shoreline is alive with lots of lush vegetation that provides lions a perfect place to camouflage as they wait to ambush prey. Simply put, the area is an immensely wildlife-rich expanse and there is no better way to see them than by pursuing a two hours boat cruise headed for the mouth of the falls. The boat is lovely and well looked after.

You cannot imagine how powerful Murchison waterfall is till you have seen it in person during this two hours hike. It flows in great volume and plummets over 40meters high, landing with a bang.

In the evening, you can relax on the veranda and enjoy the magical sunsets and views of mountains of the Congo in the distance.

After breakfast, you will enjoy a guided primate walk in the lush expenses of Budongo forest, in search of the habituated chimpanzee families. You may encounter other primates like the Black-and-White Colobus Monkeys, Red-tailed Monkeys, and different type of birds
